Kazakhstan: The wholesale price of Portland cement (except white) in October 2017

According to Statkom of Kazakhstan, the wholesale price of Portland cement (except white) in October 2017 decreased by 0.59% and amounted to 14432 Tenge/kg (in 2016 - 13152 Tenge/kg, in 2015 - 12746 Tenge/kg), or RUB 2488.05/kg (at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation by the middle of the reporting month).
