Export and import of limestone in January - October 2017 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Cementinfo.ru, in October 2017 Russia has imported 1.4 thousand tons of limestone. According to the results of 10 months of limestone import campaign, Russia has shipped in 24.3 thousand tons (in 2016 - 29.6 thousand MT; in 2015 - 4.8 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2017, the main countries exporters of limestone to Russia were DENMARK (39.04%) and ESTONIA (37.77%).

In October 2017 Russia has exported 905.1 thousand tons of limestone. According to the results of 10 months of limestone export campaign, Russia has shipped out 905.1 thousand tons (in 2016 - 619.8 thousand MT; in 2015 - 965.8 thousand MT).
In the period January - October 2017, the main countries importers of limestone from Russia were UKRAINE (82.72%) and BELARUS (11.71%)..
