Ukraine: Import and export for 3 months of 2018 by main countries

According to the analysis of data by the Federal Customs Service of Ukraine, conducted by CementInfo.Ru, in 3 months (January - March) 2018:

• Export of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone (HS code 2517) made total 2 090 222 MT, in March only - 1 619 209 MT. Import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone (HS code 2517) made total 32 974 MT, in March only - 20 132 MT. The largest exporter of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone to Ukraine is Belarus (14 938 MT). The main importer pebbles, gravel, crushed stone from Ukraine - Belarus too (1 558 169 MT).
• Export of portland cement, cement (HS code 2523) made total 94 990 MT, in March only - 64 373 MT. Import of portland cement, cement (HS code 2523) made total 145 308 MT, in March only - 113 516 MT. The largest exporter of portland cement, cement to Ukraine is Russian Federation (94 909 MT). The main importer portland cement, cement from Ukraine - Belarus (31 190 MT).
• Import of asbestos (HS code 2524) made total 2 572 MT, in March only - 2 315 MT. The largest exporter of asbestos to Ukraine is Kazakhstan (2 231 MT).
• Export of fireproof cements (HS code 3816) made total 815 MT, in March only - 651 MT. Import of fireproof cements (HS code 3816) made total 12 162 MT, in March only - 8 410 MT. The largest exporter of fireproof cements to Ukraine is Germany (4 232 MT). The main importer fireproof cements from Ukraine - Russian Federation (545 MT).
