According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-April 2021, conducted by CementInfo.Ru:
- import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone (HS code 2517) has made 120960 MT (121.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 597382 MT (53.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For April 2021 import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone has made 59123 MT, export - 269674 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Belarus (34.7%), Turkey (31.4%), Russian Federation (9.8%), Other countries (24.1%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Russian Federation (46.2%), Belarus (26.3%), Poland (15.6%), Other countries (11.9%).
- Import of portland cement, cement (HS code 2523) has made 152873 MT (59.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 226572 MT (124.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For April 2021 import of portland cement, cement has made 91463 MT, export - 88355 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (77.9%), Germany (11.1%), Lithuania (4.7%), Other countries (6.3%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (60.9%), Moldova (14.8%), Hungary (10.0%), Other countries (14.3%).
- Import of fireproof cements (HS code 3816) has made 13448 MT (84.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 821 MT (147.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For April 2021 import of fireproof cements has made 4202 MT, export - 305 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Germany (28.4%), Slovakia (12.0%), Slovenia (11.3%), Other countries (48.4%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Uzbekistan (33.0%), Russian Federation (18.4%), Belarus (18.0%), Other countries (30.6%).
