According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-July 2021, conducted by CementInfo.Ru:
- import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone (HS code 2517) has made 322216 MT (133.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 1459394 MT (71.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For July 2021 import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone has made 73754 MT, export - 340509 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (35.2%), Belarus (34.1%), Greece (9.1%), Other countries (21.6%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Russian Federation (54.2%), Belarus (25.4%), Poland (12.3%), Other countries (8.2%).
- Import of portland cement, cement (HS code 2523) has made 349488 MT (54.0% compared to the same period in 2020), export - 603095 MT (139.0% compared to the same period in 2020). For July 2021 import of portland cement, cement has made 51278 MT, export - 143990 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (80.2%), Germany (6.3%), Lithuania (5.2%), Other countries (8.3%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (58.5%), Hungary (12.8%), Moldova (11.6%), Other countries (17.1%).
